The Matcha Bar
Ceremonial-grade matcha poured from the tap rather than whisked to order — which is how we serve a whole room without a queue forming. Every cup is finished with a flavoured cream foam.

The Coffee Bar
Our espresso machine comes with us and a barista pours the full hot menu to order for your whole service window. Iced lattes sit on the same menu, and can be finished with a flavoured cold foam if you'd like them dressed up.

How far will you travel for a wedding?
Travel is complimentary within 20km of Revesby. Beyond 20km a travel fee applies and we'll quote it with your booking — we cart right across Greater Sydney, and further afield (Southern Highlands, Central Coast, Hunter) on request.
How long does service run?
Most weddings book a two-hour service window, plus setup and pack-down either side. Extra hours are available for longer receptions, or we can split service across the ceremony and reception.
What do you need on the day?
A flat, undercover space — the cart is 2.7m long and needs 1.5m clear behind it — plus one 10-amp outlet within 10m. No plumbing required. We bring water, ice, cups, milks and everything else.
Are the matcha bar and coffee bar the same thing?
No — they're two separate bars run from the same cart. The Matcha Bar pours ceremonial matcha on tap with your choice of four flavoured foams. The Coffee Bar is barista-made espresso, the full hot menu plus iced lattes. Book either on its own, or both together.
Can guests choose flavours?
Yes. You pick your foams before the day — four from the matcha range, and two cold foam flavours if you add them to the coffee bar — and guests order what they like from that board. Strawberry and mango come with matching fruit purées.
Do you cater for dairy-free guests?
Always. Oat, almond, soy, skim and lactose-free milks are available, and every drink on the cart can be made dairy-free.
How do we lock in a date?
Send an enquiry with your date and guest count. We'll come back with a quote and a suggested setup, and a deposit secures the booking.
