The Coffee Bar brings the full espresso menu to your event. Hot drinks poured to order, iced lattes on the menu, and optional flavoured cold foams to dress them up.

Our espresso machine comes with us and a barista pours the full hot menu to order for your whole service window. Iced lattes sit on the same menu, and can be finished with a flavoured cold foam if you'd like them dressed up.

Six milks — full cream, oat, almond, soy, skim and lactose-free.

How much does coffee cart hire cost in Sydney?
Every event is quoted individually — pricing depends on guest count, service hours and travel. Most Sydney events book a two-hour barista service with unlimited drinks for guests. Send your date, venue and guest numbers and we'll come back with a fixed quote, no obligation.
Is this a coffee cart or a coffee van?
It's a mobile coffee cart — a styled, compact bar that rolls indoors or outdoors, so it works in reception rooms, warehouses, backyards and offices where a coffee van can't park.
How much space does the coffee cart need?
The cart is 2.7m long and needs about 1.5m clear behind it. We need a flat, undercover spot and one 10-amp power outlet within 10m. No plumbing required.
How far do you travel for coffee cart hire?
Travel is complimentary within 20km of Revesby. Beyond 20km a travel fee applies and we'll quote it with your booking — we cart across Greater Sydney and can travel further on request.
What coffee do you serve?
A full barista menu: espresso, long black, flat white, latte, cappuccino, piccolo, macchiato, mocha, chai and hot chocolate. Iced lattes are on the menu too, and can be finished with flavoured cold foams.
Can we add the matcha bar too?
Yes. The Matcha Bar and Coffee Bar are two separate bars on the same cart. You can book either on its own, or run both together so guests have both options.
How long is a standard service?
Most events book a two-hour service window, plus setup and pack-down. Extra hours are available for longer events, or we can split service across different parts of the day.
Do you cater for dairy-free guests?
Always. Full cream, oat, almond, soy, skim and lactose-free milks are available, and every drink can be made dairy-free.
