Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Yield Café, we currently offer limited delivery dates due to the nature of our products.

Delivery Dates

At this stage, we are only offering delivery on:

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

Orders placed outside these dates will not be eligible for delivery.

Delivery Provider

All deliveries are fulfilled via a third-party courier service, Go People.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Deliveries will commence from 9:00am onwards

  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed

  • Customers will receive live tracking details once their order is dispatched

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing is subject to the courier’s schedule and conditions. Yield Café is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner or circumstances outside our control.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • No safe place to leave the order

  • No one available to accept the delivery

The order may be marked as delivered, and refunds or replacements will not be guaranteed.
