Refund policy

At Yield Café, we take pride in preparing all of our food products fresh and made-to-order. Due to the nature of food items, we have the following policy in place regarding returns and refunds.

Food Products

Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only in the following circumstances:

  • You received the incorrect item

  • Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume

  • There was a clear error on our end

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide photos and details of the issue (including order number)

All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine the most appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection at checkout

  • Taste preferences or personal expectations

  • Orders not collected or accepted at the scheduled delivery or pickup time

  • Issues arising from improper storage after delivery or pickup

Delivery Issues

If a delivery issue occurs due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or circumstances outside our control, refunds are not guaranteed. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
